EXILIUM NOCTIS was founded in 2021, with the vision of creating a band that blends dark and atmospheric black/death metal with strong influences from the extreme metal sound. From the start, the band captured the attention of the underground scene with its dynamic presence and unique compositions. In August 2022, Exilium Noctis released their debut album “Fragments of Apocalypse”through Sleaszy Rider Records. The album featured the track “Wrath Eternal”, with guest vocals from Jens Ryden(Thyrfing, ex-Naglfar, Profundi, Dead Silent Slumber), adding a distinctive weight to the band’s sound. The album quickly gained popularity among fans of the genre and marked an important step in the band’s evolution. Exilium Noctis has performed live alongside major names in the black and death metal scene, including Akhlys, SakisTolis, Kawir, Varathron, YothIria, and Deviser. A standout moment for the band was their participation in the Golden R Festival, where they shared the stage with bands such as Mayhem, Gaerea, Sorcerer, Warlord, Mystic Prophecy, and Grave Digger. ExiliumNoctis returned more mature in 2023 with their second album, PactumDiaboli, a dark and imposing work that explores themes such as religious conflict, the human soul, and the Faustian pact with Mephistopheles. The album delves into the concept of making deals with the devil, with the title PactumDiaboli symbolizing the eternal struggle between temptation and the soul’s redemption. This album marked a progression in the band’s sound, incorporating more technical riffs and complex compositions. The title track, “PactumDiaboli,” featured guest vocals by Henri Sattler of God Dethroned, adding significant depth to the song.
